When the market came crashing down in 2021, he decided to apply his passion for the industry in a practical sense, beyond just trading & investing in cryptocurrency, it was time to launch Digital Asset Talent.
During these turbulent times, Josh continued to immerse himself, learning about the ecosystem and how best his headhunting skills and experience can be applied to truly have an impact.
In this period Josh built teams from the ground up and made crucial executive level placements for some of the biggest names in crypto and blockchain.
